SENIOR DEVICE ENGINEER-Minneapolis

Senior Device Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

We need a seasoned DEVICE ENGINEER to design, specify, characterize and qualify semiconductor devices for integration in processing for analog applications. Your days will be full of variety as one day you may be doing layout, another you would need to specify and characterize the device with careful attention to customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to five years semiconductor FAB experience with relevant expertise
  • BSEE/BS-Physics or related degree; MS and PhD, not a problem!
  • Skilled in CAD for development (Cadence experience, a plus)
  • Experience designing devices for integration into BCD analog process technology
  • Proven skills in design, test pattern layout and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication with internal and external customers
