Over 20,000 Jobs Right From The Source

Today I linked the Job Search function of the new search engine to the "Search Jobs" button on the main Semiconductorjobs.com page.

It is the first of quite a few changes you will see over the next few weeks. Currently, the only thing you can now do is search and apply for jobs but until I have transfered all of the accounts from the old semiconductorjobs.com to the new one, the vast majority of functionality for both the candidates and companies looking to hire will not be active.

There are over 21,000 jobs being searched and not one of them comes from Monster or Careerbuilder or any other job board. All of the jobs come from the company's website and the cost of that is free. All you need to do is send me the name of your company and it's url and I will take care of the rest.

There will be of course plenty of opportunity for companies to really promote themselves throughout the site but one thing at a time.

My hope is that this new version of Semiconductorjobs.com will be a real aid in your job search as well as your recruitment advertising plans. If you want to talk more about this, please contact me
